Sejong Music Competition 2015

     Korean music is popular among young people around the world. Suffice it to mention Gangnam Style global hit by south Korean rapper Psy.
     The Sejong music competition is organized by the Sejong Cultural Society, a non-profit organization. Their goals are not only discover and encourage talented young musicians, but introduce traditional Korean music.
     The 2015 Music Competition is now open to applicants. The 2015 Sejong Music Competition will be held on Sunday, December 6, 2015 at the University of Illinois at Chicago, performing arts Center 1044 West Harrison Street, Chicago, Il 60607


Repertoire Requirements

All students must perform two pieces – one piece of his or her choice and one piece from the required reprtoire ⟨ coming soon ⟩.

Required Repertoire 2015

     The 2015 Music Competition will be using an updated list of repertoire pieces from previous years.

 Purchases may be made through Paypal. Once you've made a purchase, an email will be sent to you with a download link for your music.

     Primary and elementary division collections are $3 each; junior and senior are $5. Full piano repertoire collections are additionally available for $10.
